We are excited to welcome you all to the beautiful island Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis for our Inaugural Reunion: July 25 - Aug 1, 2025! For the Elliott Clan whose roots in St. Kitts and Nevis trace back generations, Sankofa is a call to reconnect with our rich history, culture, and values. It will be a gathering to remember! To make the Elliott Clan Family Reunion 2025 as seamless and affordable as possible, we are offering two ticket options: BUNDLED and FLEX.

The Bundled Reunion Ticket gives you access to the most meaningful and exciting moments of our gathering at a discounted rate. This option is perfect for those who want a stress-free experience without worrying about paying for each event separately. The Flex Reunion Ticket is a budget-friendly option and allows you to spread out costs and attend the events that work best for you while still being a part of this unforgettable reunion experience. Our full week-long reunion itinerary includes a number of daily excursions, small group activities and events in order to help us build our bonds and HAVE FUN! Participation in these activities are OPTIONAL but require RSVP and may include a separate excursion fee. These events include historic tours, catamaran cruise, and nature hikes.

Is there a payment plan for this reunion? Or a way to pay down up to a certain point?

We understand that everyone’s financial situation is different, and we want to make attending the Elliott Clan Family Reunion 2025 as accessible as possible. To help ease the financial burden, we’ve made sure to offer flexible payment options so that no one has to come up with a large sum all at once. Here’s how you can make the reunion work within your budget:

1. Flexible Ticket Options: Instead of purchasing everything at once, you can choose the Flex Ticket Option, which allows you to pay for the Opening Lunch, Closing Banquet, and Reunion Swag separately. This means you can secure tickets for the events that work best for you at a pace that feels manageable.

2. Self-Guided Payment Plan: While we don’t have an official installment plan, we encourage families to purchase tickets in stages leading up to the final deadline. This way, you can spread out payments over the coming weeks and pay as you go, rather than all at once. For example, if you are a family of 3, buy a ticket for one family member at a time.

3. RSVP for Free Activities: Our full week-long reunion itinerary includes a number of small group activities and events in order to help us build our bonds and HAVE FUN! Participation in some of these activities (such as game night, beachnic, and community day), are FREE but require RSVP.

4. Registration Deadline: April 15, 2025 This gives you time to plan, make payments at your own pace, and ensure that you and your family can be part of this once-in-a-lifetime gathering.
